Rural Groundwater Resilience Workshop: La Paz County

The Arizona Water Innovation Initiative, in partnership with the Arizona Institute for Resilience at the University of Arizona, and the Lincoln Institute’s Babbitt Center for Land and Water Policy, lead the Rural Groundwater Resilience Workshop series.

Co-designed with each community, our workshops combine science, policy, and engagement to help Arizonans tackle rural groundwater challenges. We provide facts, tools, and resources to support local conversations and groundwater protection strategies.

La Paz County hosted the first Rural Groundwater Resilience Workshop in March 2025.
